Our grass-fed ground beef is raised on Black Diamond Ranch in southwest Virginia using truly sustainable and healthy farming practices. We use farming methods that are better for the environment and that produce healthier, better tasting beef! Our beef is dry-aged (just like the steaks served in specialty steakhouses) to produce a more tender, tastier product.

Our cattle are raised without antibiotics, steroids, or hormones. They are pastured in fields with no herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. It's the organic, healthy way to farm.

We use sustainable farming methods (including pasture rotation, no chemicals, pure well water, etc.) – this means happier cows, a healthier environment, and better meat.

Black Diamond Ranch raises Red Devon cattle, a slow-maturing heritage breed that is perfectly suited for grass-fed beef. These characteristics help us produce the highest quality grass fed beef possible.
